• Care is to have emotions or feelings and giving their attention towards someone or something based on their values

2) What would be needed to create an ethic of care?

• You would need to be aware of a person, thing or an event and be able to relate and understand their situation and need
• Then, you would need the will and responsibility to care

3) What would we have to believe about the environment to care for it? How should we see it?

• People would have to believe that we depend on the environment and without our care, we might ruin the environment. We should see it as one of the most important source for our survival.

4) How would we act if we cared about the environment? – give scenarios

• People could do small things such as recycling, using fewer plastic bags, avoid driving cars or saving electricity and water

5) What would be different about the world if everyone adopted this ethic of care towards the environment? Benefits and drawbacks?

• If everyone adopted this ethic of care towards the environment, we would not have to worry about pollution, climate change, and global warming. However, the drawbacks might be not having enough resources for people and people may lose jobs.

6) Should we adopt an ethic of care towards the environment?

• We should adopt an ethic of care towards the environment, because anything we do to the environment will affect us. Although, we cannot be sure about what would happen in the future, it is more beneficial to care for the environment. Therefore, we should treat the environment with care and responsibility, so that we might not have to worry about the future anymore.
