I chose the scene where Wall-E and Auto is fighting for the plant as my Fahrenheit 451 visual. I thought the plant could be represented as the bible, the pilot as Montag, Auto as Mildred, and Wall-E as Clarisse. In Fahrenheit 451, Clarisse wanted to show the deeper meanings that existed in books to Montag as Wall-E wanted to show the pilot that the plant existed. However, when Mildred finds the Bible Montag stole from Mrs. Blake, she tries to take it away from him because he wants to learn more about the book. In the film Wall-E, the pilot wanted to learn more about the plant and soil, but Auto who was always beside him tried to take the plant away and destroy it. This scene from Wall-E can show the affects Mildred and Clarisse had on Montag.
