I chose the 1919 Quebec prohibition referendum.

When I first read this article, I thought that the subject matter seemed appropriate for the era. I thought that the vote would not favor the selling of the listed alcohol.

After learning about the influencing factors, I now think that the results make sense because the people of Quebec were moving away from prohibition, slowly.

In the future, when reading and interpreting surveys, I will learn about the voting demographic before forming an opinion.
