Something I found difficult to do was finding the LCM of numbers.
Ive learned this unit already and so it has been easier for me and honestly slightly boring, but in the past I havent focused on LCM a lot so I was something new and interesting I could work on in math. GCM and LCM was hard not to get mixed up.
The questions for LCM would ask you for the LCM between 2 numbers and you would have to factor it for the first step.
Second, multiply each factor the greatest number of times it occurs in either number.
If the same factor occurs more than once in both numbers, you multiply the factor the greatest number of times it occurs.
To understand solving the LCM I tried many more online questions with bigger numbers and focused in class and after a couple questions with different methods using the tree and circles, I found out it was way more simpler and easier than I thought from the start. Its true that practice makes perfect.
