Democracy: not one person having all the power and having 338 representatives from different areas of the country.
Parliamentary: no laws can be passed by just one person without discussion.
Federal: in between central and local governments, more distribution of power.

The parliamentary system divides up the responsibilities between managers, law makers and judges. Therefore no one group has all the powers. The federal system is the system of a central and localized government, it’s not between. That way we have the federal and provincial governments working together.
