Walking around,
I saw her.
She was a diamond.
So beautiful and dazzling.
Everyone may like her
But she was mine
And then I remember,
It’s over.
I miss her.
Does she miss me?
I feel so angry, so sad, so lost…
I don’t know what to do without her.
I need my angel,
Her hazel eyes,
Her long amber hair,
Her heart,
I missed it like it’s mine.

Lyric and Ballad Poems Differences
Ballad poem tells us a story of romance or adventure. Most of poems are usually written in 4 to 6 line stanlazs. By the way they can be a song because they have a definite rhyming pattern.
Lyric poem has a single speaker and usually expresses feelings and emotions. All of them don’t tell stories and they don’t have to a rhythm. They are shorter than ballad poems.
I like ballad poems more because they have a story of something and you can feel the authors emotions easier. When they combine with musics, they are better to listen and feel them. Moreover I like rhythmic words inside them, that sounds so good for me.
