Society in the 19th Century Movie/Game Pitch

Movie/Video Game Pitch

  1. Pitch the concept of your project
    • What is the general idea? (Type of movie? Type of game? What makes it special? Who is the target audience? Theme? Build interest in the idea)
    • What is the general plot of the story? (think of a plot graph, characters, setting, conflict, conclusion)
    • Story needs to include these major 19th century settings: Canadian fur trade, Ireland, slave states
  2. Show and explain how the “Checklist” terms will be incorporated into your game/movie
    • Reference primary sources to help explain why your movie is historically accurate
    • Create visuals that help the audience understand your idea
  3. Submit a written version of your presentation for marking
