To determine $t_{50}$

$t_n=t_1+(n-1)d$ $t_{50}=12+(50-1)4$ $t_{50}=12+(49)4$ $t_{50}=12+196$ $t_{50}=208$

To determine the sequences general equation

$t_n=t_1+(n-1)d$ $t_n=12+(n-1)4$ $t_n=12+4n-4$ $t_n=4n+8$

To determine $S_{50}$

$S_n=\frac{n}{2}(2t_1+(n-1)d)$ $S_{50}=\frac{50}{2}(2(12)+(50-1)d)$ $S_{50}=25(24+(49)4)$ $S_{50}=25(24+196)$ $S_{50}=25(220)$ $S_{50}=5500$
