Function Notation is a simple and easy to understand concept to grasp, in this section of function notation we focus on recording the information off of a graph.
As as shown above, using the information on the graph we can find the function for different points, for example in a) i. It asks you to find f(3), for this you simply find point (3) along the x axes and you then look for where along that point meets the line on the graph, in this case it is at (-1) so therefor the f of (3) is (-1)
