Was there a leader on your team? Who was it and who decided who the leader would be? We didn’t have a leader we were all working together.
If you had no leader, do you think having designated someone a leader would have helped? i don’t think it would help because a leader telling everyone what to do and how to do it isn’t that great and you wont go far. and not having a leader will make a big difference because with teamwork you can get so much more done.
If you had a leader, how did he/she do? honestly he or she wouldn’t get a the job done, it would make conflict with the group.
How helpful was everyone on your team in challenging the process of building the tallest structure? Did anyone appear to be an expert? Everyone helped out a lot by holding the project up and keeping it still so we can put tape on the ends to keep it stable. no one really appeared to be an expert at this project.
Did any team members tune out of the activity — out of frustration with other members or for some other reason? What could you have done to keep all members of the group fully engaged? no one got frustrated or tuned out because they all pitched in to help with the project.
Did you feel everyone’s ideas were well received during the activity? we didn’t really gave ideas we just started building without thinking about how to build it.
How did you feel as the time limit was approaching? Did pressure increase? If yes, was that helpful or not? we felt the project wasn’t going to stand up because it kept tipping over.
In retrospect, what could you have done better? take our time and think about how we are going to buid the project
