In the short story Miss Brill, women are looked down from the rich people, and that is why Miss Brill is single. People judge her by her status, but she is not the only victim, she is judging other people as well. Many people judge others without noticing it. Miss Brill always judge people when she goes to the park, but she is also judged by others. A couple thinks that she is old and status is low, but Miss Brill thinks that she is an actress. Miss Brill thinks that she is a very important person in the world that if she disappeared, people will notice. But in reality, nobody cares about her and nobody thinks that she is important.
