We decided to change the game we were making, we changed from UNO to Mafia. We changed the game because we thought UNO is a bit too complicated for us to make, and Mafia might be easier to make. We started on the rules for Mafia and some codes for it. We are planning on finishing the rules and start working on more codes next week.

Inquiry Project Update #5
Some of us started on the designs, and a tiny bit of codes, for the starting page and the page that displays on the player’s phones during the game this week. We are planning to finish the design for those pages and start on working more on the codes for those pages next week. Others started on the codes for the screen displays on Air Console (PC), they are planning to continue on with the codes for the display screen.
Inquiry Project Update #4
If we could start from the the beginning, we would choose “Mafia” the card game instead of UNO, because it would be a lot easier. In this week, I worked on the starting page for the game. I have learned how to move images in HTML this week. I am planning to finish the starting page and start working on coding the actual game.
Inquiry Project Update #3
We designed the logo for the game at the start of the week. After that, we started working on coding, we learned how to clip an image. But we are having trouble with moving the image, we will figure out how later. We are going to continue the coding and making the front page of our game next week.

Inquiry Project Update #2
I have learned how to use photoshop mostly, and some html, this week. We have created the rules for the game, created the texture of the cards, thought about the design of the game. I had trouble with creating additional rules for the game, so I asked for my team members’ help. We came up with some cool ideas. I am planning to learn more about html next week and start coding for the game if possible.

We planned on how would the game look like at the beginning of the week. We also created rules for the game we are making. I leaned a bit of html for the game we are making through this week. We are planning on learning more about html and maybe start designing the game after we know a bit more about html.

Burning question: How to connect mobile devices to a computer in order to do multiplayer games.
We are trying to make a card game on Air Console, which is a website that allows you playing games on it. You use your phone as a controller. We chose card game because card games’ idea are quite simple, but fun. Also, there is not much card games on Air Console, that is why we decided to make a card game on Air Console. I am going to know how to code in HTML after this project. We might do a remix on a card game instead of the original card game, but this is just an idea.
Marshmallow tower
We made a “marshmallow tower” with spaghetti, marshmallow, tape and string. We tried to make a triangle base and some supports. We hoped it would work because we thought a triangle base would do great in supporting the tower. But at last the tower fell because there is not enough tape on the base.
