Weather Reading #3
Group Member: Andrew, Jon, Zian, Nick
The temperature today is 24 degrees Celsius with a large amount of cloud cover in the form of stratus clouds. The pressure today was higher than the previous day and the dew point is 18 degree Celsius. The winds are blowing in from the north towards the south lightly at about 8km/h.
According to the two weather maps at 0 and 18 hours, we predict that on Wednesday, it will be cloudy and the the winds will be light due to the contour lines indicating change in air pressure being relatively far apart. We do not expect a lot of precipitation tomorrow as there do not appear to be any fronts which will pass by the South Coast of BC. The temperature tomorrow should also be about the same due to similar weather patterns as today. There also should be some haze due to wildfires around the province.
