What interested me most about this article is the topic that they have chosen to write about. Regarding the upcoming release of the iPhone X which preorders start tomorrow. I am interested in this article as I like being up to date in the tech world and see what advancements have been made. It is also interesting to see another person’s perspective in this matter. It is kind of like talking to anyone, even a stranger about a hobby, sport, or any kind of interest that you two share. The authors style of writing is very insightful and clearly shows their knowledge in technology by referring to the new update of windows that has already rolled out a while ago. It is kind of humorous as it makes fun of the fact that Apple skipped the iPhone 9 and went straight from eight to ten but then she also mocks apple again saying the “Apple’s secret police” will arrest you if you call it an iPhone 10 instead of the iPhone X. A connection that I made with the article is that I have been actually very interested in the release of the iPhone X, as leaks and rumors have come up ever since the release of the iPhone 7. I have been following this and other sorts of tech very closely and this article was interesting to me as its shows another person’s perspective on this whole situation.
