Reflection

I feel my most successful thing about this project is my creativity on how it looked, and how I put a lot of thought and effort into it. I feel the thing I could change is to check my grammar, and use different words instead of using the same words. Some interesting facts I found interesting were how many there were in the different time periods, how many almost made it but didn’t, and hoe many people helped the black slaves leave. I really liked this project, we were given a good amount of time, and we got to be as creative as we wanted. I really like projects like this, I hope we can do more projects like this. This project and unit think of how bad the black slaves were treated and it gave me a lot of knowledge on the black slaves and how the people that wanted to help them made sure they would make it to their next stop.

Analyzing poetry

Before she met th guy she wrote about, Beyoncé was hurt by a guy before that, he tore down her wall. She let a guy in her life that tore her walls that she built up, that she thought she could trust. He let himself in and hurt her, she shouldn’t experience the pain again. The right person would cause her that much pain. “Halo” was her dream guy that she know was to good to be true. He gave her freedom and break free for ther own insecurities. The light from his “halo” follows her everywhere.

Which method did I prefer?

I preferred using the ladder method instead of the other methods. I found it to be more simplified and easier to write out when using the ladder method. This is because both the numbers can be included in one table/ladder instead of two or more different ones. Another reason is that this method is able to find both the GCF and LCM at once; you just take different numbers from the ladder.

This week I learned about negative exponents and what to do when u encounter one. When you are given an negative exponent you flip the fraction numbers, to make your faction positive.
