If you compare the causes, would Canada’s Rebellion be warranted?
They made equal representation in 1840 but we don’t really have that today… except with our Senate.
For #2, you’re supposed to stick to Durham’s recommendations. What do we call the Executive Council today?
For #3, discuss which articles from the Act of Union would satisfy those who rebelled.
For #4, keep in mind that Durham only wrote a report, he didn’t implement any laws. He only stayed as Governor for less than one year.
