Last week I finished taking pages out of my book, I glued some pages together, and I started making some pages.

I started by drawing on the first page. I drew a moon with stars on the first page. I plan on finishing this and colouring it this week. after that I glued some pages together and then I cut out many different butterfly shapes. I wanted to try pop outs and so I folded them and arranged them so that they were not all stuck to the page flat. I also got inspired by the idea of using poetry in my art so I started cutting out words and  flower petals. I am going to finish it this week, but I want the words to say “stand tall even if you stand alone” this is inspiring to me because I think it is important to stand up for what you believe in. I like this project because I can work on multiple different art pieces at time and I can go back and forth with what pages I want to work on. Everything went according to plan this week and I accomplished my goal. My goal for next week is to finish some on my pages I already started by adding colour and finishing the writing for my flower page. I also want to start thinking out ideas for new pages
