For our numbers we had -41/3, -3 1/7, -2.4(repeating), 0.8, 4 1/6. We knew that the negative numbers would be the lowest numbers, so we looked at -41/3, -3 1/7, -2.4 (repeating) first. We knew that 4 wholes was more then 3 wholes and both of the numbers were negative so that makes -41/3 the smallest number. Next we knew that – 2 .4 (repeating) is closer to zero on the number line than -3 1/7 because 3 whole negatives is less than 2 whole negatives on the number line. Then we put -2.4 (repeating) because it is the last negative number. After the negatives we looked at the two positives. We had 0.8 and 4 1/6. Four wholes is bigger than zero wholes it then became obvious to us that the order of the numbers from least to greatest was -4 1/3, -3 1/7, -2.4 (repeating), 0.8, 4 1/6
