My Stress Vulnerability Goal

My goal for lowering my level of stress vulnerability is keeping to my diet and exercise routine but most importantly becoming comfortable with my body. I will do this by complementing and encouraging myself daily.

Staying Safe At Work

3 things I will do to keep myself safe at work are…

1.) I will always file an injury report no matter what the injury may be. Even the smallest of injuries can turn into something big.

2.) I won’t be afraid to ask for help when i need it. Being annoying is better than seriously hurting myself.

3.) I will refuse jobs that put me in danger and report to Worksafe for any unfair treatment that may come if it.

1 thing I will do to keep myself and others safe at work is…

I will report any unsafe behaviour I see not to get them in trouble but to keep them and myself safe at the workplace.
