I enjoyed this lab because it was something that I have never done before and it was something different from what I have ever made.
I would add some celery because celery has vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, patothenic acid,choline, betaine, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, fluoride and is one of the healthiest foods in the world. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2396/2
