salad rolls

  1. I enjoyed this lab because it was something that I have never done before and it was something different from what I have ever made.
  2. I would add some celery because celery has vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, patothenic acid, choline, betaine, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, fluoride and is one of the healthiest foods in the world. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2396/2
  3. Deep frying plunges food into boiling oil or fats that keep the inside of foods moist and the outside hard and crunchy. Deep fried foods are unhealthy because the oil robs the food of some of their nutrients and because deep fried foods are usually high in fat and calories. Deep frying can add extra calories to food. http://www.aak.com/en/ProductsSolutions/Food-Ingredients/Food-service/Deep-frying—what-you-should-know/ http://www.fitday.com/fitness-articles/nutrition/healthy-eating/food-myths-debunked-fried-foods-are-too-fatty-and-unhealthy.html
