DNA and Protein Synthesis

DNA Model DNA is made up of molecules called nucleotides. Each nucleotide contains a phosphate group, a sugar group, and a nitrogen base. The 4 types of nitrogen bases are adenine, thymine, guanine and cytosine. The order of the bases determines the DNA’s instructions.
