- in your table groups, calculate a total score for each response for HUSBANDS & WIVES by adding all response numbers together for each (Example: WIVES response A was ranked as 1, 6, 7, 5, 11, & 3 for a total of 33)
- Collectively, the class should then add all WIFE & HUSBAND responses to determine which responses were most popular by both husbands & wives – the lowest collective score would be the most important (for example, if all 18 students surveyed two couples, there should be 36 surveys total. If all wives ranked the same response as number 1, the total for that response should be 36 & therefore it ranks highest)
