5 facts from website -we all respond to stress differently so, there’s no “one size fits all” solution to managing stress -physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress and any form of physical activity can help relieve stress and burn away anger, tension, and frustration -rather than stressing out over things you can’t control, focus on the things you can control such as the way you choose to react to problems -when facing major challenges, try to look at them as opportunities for personal growth -well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope with stress, so be mindful of what you eat

3 Negative things about the site:
-There is a lot of information to go through, which could be overwhelming if you don’t know where to start.

Site: familydoctor.org
The site was filled with everything you need to know about stress and how to handle it. It explains what the causes for stress are, health issues with stress and everything to know about. When we looked at the website we found it very simple, and easy to follow. Not only that, but it also stuck to the topic and gave us exactly what we were looking for! The other positive we found was that it was pretty updated compared to other sites we looked at. The site not only talked about stress, but ways to deal with it and we found that helpful, especially when you are researching the topic and need to elaborate on things. The few downfalls of this website that we saw were that there wasn’t one visual to find, the whole page was just straight text. There was no proof of the information to show that it was true, and it was never stated who did the research. To add to that, they were very straight forward with their information and didn’t really make the examples interesting to read about or detailed. Other than that, for us this website was very efficient and useful and we didn’t have any issues trying to find 3 negatives was very difficult for us.
Some new things we learned was first off, was the possible signs of stress Dana and I both didn’t know what the signs were until now. We also, found out that stress can be mistaken for depression which was very surprising to us. Thirdly, we learned ways of dealing with the stress which included things like first accepting the fact then doing things like exercising and breathing to help deal with the stress. Meditation was something we never knew much about but after reading this article it gave us an idea on how it works and how to perform it as well. Lastly, we learned that stress can hugely effect your mental health. This site was very helpful and in the end we learned a lot about stress that we didn’t know before!
