This volunteer position involves things like helping to set-up and take-down exhibits, assist with entertainment, food, and clean-up for events. One of the biggest events for this position is Canada day. This position could give me many opportunities to benefit my future because it gives me multiple opportunities to gain experience in many fields such as event planning, the entertainment business, and the food industry. This opportunity also gives me chances to strengthen things like my communication skills, leadership and teamwork skills, and more. I am passionate about getting involved in this field because it seems like something I could enjoy doing as it has to do with food, entertainment, and event planning. In conclusion I choses this opportunity because of the reasons above and because I know I could excel in it.

This employment opportunity is a restaurant team member at Chipotle, there are many jobs that fit under the category of restaurant team member such as prep cook, cashier, grill worker, and much more. This opportunity could benefit my future by giving me job experience for the future, teamwork and communication experience, this opportunity could also benefit my future because Chipotle has a tuition reimbursement program where they have 100% coverage for some degrees or up to $5,250 back each year this could have a large part in benefiting my future. There isn’t too many qualifications for this job but I would need things like an friendly enthusiastic attitude, the desire to learn to cook, ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location, and to be at least 16 years old. I do have a few skills and qualifications to bring to this job like my leadership and teamwork skills, my desire to cook and learn to cook, a friendly attitude and enthusiasm, I am also good at communicating and interacting with people and am a responsible person. I don’t personally think I have too many steps I need to take to be suitable for this position I would just need to wait until my birthday on April 4th to turn 16 and work on my time management skills. So to sum it up I chose this job because I know it will give me fair opportunities to further my future while being a job I would enjoy.
